Sigma Beauty - Amazing Customer Service Team

Hey everyone! I wanted to write this quick post about Sigma Beauty. I had previously ordered the Mr.Bunny - Essential kit 2 years ago. I use several brushes from this kit every single day because I simply adore them. They are soft, durable and they get the job done!

However, my Duo Fibre F50 brush broke recently. The ferrule separated from the handle. I was very upset because it is my every day brush! Last time I ordered from Sigma Beauty (before the price increase,) I had to pay taxes and was also slapped with duties at the post office. For those who are unaware, I live in Canada (GTA) and to the USA it is considered international even though we share the same continent....I digress.

I ended up reaching out to Sigma over my concern and let me just say, they have a fabulous customer service team! They addressed the issue at hand and responded promptly which I appreciated. They were able to help me out and sent me a replacement brush. Not only did they do this, they also sent it with a tracking number so I knew when to expect it.

I am extremely pleased with their generosity and concern. I will continue to repurchase from them in the future. Not every story has to have a bad ending.

Hey everyone! I was just in a playful mood when I came up with the title for this blog post! Anyway, I centred this look around the studded vest which is the focal point of this ensemble.

H&M Canada - Garment Recycling Program - $5 off $30 Coupon

Hey everyone! I just want to bring to light a program that has been going on for awhile now that many people still don't know about. H&M has a clothing donation box located right by the cash registers which is very easy to glance over. I myself did this several times until I suddenly noticed it haphazardly one day.

To receive this coupon, all you are required to do is to bring in a bag of clothing that is gently used or garments you no longer wear. The bag does not to be a certain size, they are very lenient on this. This is a fabulous way for individuals to save a little bit of money and to get people in their stores. I went twice to the same H&M located in the Toronto Eaton Centre to take advantage of this promo. All you need to do is show your bag of clothes to the cashier before you drop it into the bin and then she/he will give you a coupon!

The purpose of H&M launching this promotion is to help from fashion going to waste and to turn old dated garments into new wearable pieces. You can find more information on the H&M web site. Also, they don't have to be clothing items from H&M, it can be from any store!

Plaid, Floral + Studs

Hey everyone! I apologize for taking a hiatus from my blog. We all know that the holiday season takes a toll on just about everyone. Mine got busier towards the end and then New Years happened. 

I also decided NOT to make any resolutions that I couldn't commit to because we all know how that turns out..... I was also very blessed with multiple job opportunities coming my way. I was originally supposed to go on vacation during the last week of January but I can't anymore due to inflexible work dates. Everything happens for a reason right? Now that we are up to date, here is my first blog post of 2014! And I just want to add, I purchased a new camera so my pictures will be more precise and noticeably clearer.
